Cornerstone (North Lanarkshire Branch)

Cornerstone provides care and support services for adults, children and young people with disabilities and other support needs.

North Lanarkshire Branch provides the North Lanarkshire Supported Living (NLSL) service across all six North Lanarkshire localities. We deliver care at home services, supporting supporting young and older adults diagnosed with disabilities and conditions with their own self-directed support (SDS) budget to live in their own tenancies.

The NLSL service also provides our Technology Enabled Care and Support (TECS) Overnight Responder service supporting individuals with cutting-edge technology installed within their homes with our local responder team monitoring from our Coatbridge hub.

Community Support team provides care and support to people across North Lanarkshire including children and young people, young adults and older adults with a range of needs including learning disabilities, autism, complex care, and life long health conditions.
